IMPACT BUFFER PAD

PURPOSE:To prevent a driver who takes a seat belt from sustaining a scratch by installing an impact softening pad from the under-ear nape part of a seat belt to the lower breast part through the lower chin part. CONSTITUTION:The captioned impact softening pad is constituted of a cushion rubber body A as main material made of the material which absorbs and softens an impact force. The upper and lower edges A1 and A2 of the rubber body A are bent inwardly, and the top edge parts form a groove K as the noses N1 and N2 for pressing a belt, and the groove bottom surface is shaped into a curved form. A soft mat S for outer covering is formed by backing a soft sponge by a soft cloth, etc., and covers the outer surface of the cushion rubber. Further, when the impact softening pad is clamped onto a seat belt, N1 and S1 may be extended downward to form a cover CV, and the top edge part may be tightened by a button hook BH, and formed into cylindrical form and may be clamped onto the seat belt.
