Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enable the identification and quantitative assay of material in a furnace accurately, by inserting a probe into such a position as to ease the observation in the furnace to lead light beam generated in the furnace out of the furnace. CONSTITUTION:A probe is inserted into such a position as to ease the measurement inside the furnace. At this point, an inert gas is sent at an external gas feeding port. This gas jets to the front of a lens 124 through a clearance 162, a second hollow section 150 and grooves 158, 156, 152 and 160. This gas continues to jet ceaselessly to purify the surface of the lens while protecting the lens surface from dust or the like blown from the furnace. On the other hand, as a lens mount 103 is moved backward, a clearance is produced between the front side of the mount 103 and a spacer. Under such a condition, an inert gas is sent at gas sending port. The gas flows to an opening at the tip of the probe through the groove 154 or the like while a spectrum thereof is produced to obtain a reference spectrum. Then, the sensing of the gas is halted. The gas decelerates at the reservoir section and comes to the end and thus, the identification and the quantitative assay thereof can be performed accurately. |
