Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable the degree of compression at start to be reduced and reduce a starting load by providing a bypass and carrying out an unload operation which enables discharging while omitting a part of predetermined whole compression stroke. CONSTITUTION:A connecting port 2e is opened in each of closed volumes 6 being compressed which are formed by a rotating scroll 1b and a fixed scroll 2b. A connecting port 2f is opened in each of the minimum closed volumes 61 immediately before being connected to a discharge port 2d which are also formed by the rotating scroll 1b and the fixed scroll 2b. The connecting ports 2e, 2e are connected to the connecting ports 2f, 2f via check valves respectively forming a pair of bypasses, and the check valves are opened when the pressure of the closed volumes 6 is higher.
