Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To coat uniformly a flux to only a necessary part by making the width of a supplying rotary body larger than that of a coating rotary body, and making the flux of a proper quantity adhere to the outside peripheral surface of the supplying rotary body by a doctor plate. CONSTITUTION:When a rotary mechanism 15 is driven, a supplying rotary body 17 rotates, making a flux 18 in a flux tank 19 adhere to its outside peripheral surface, and its flux is made to adhere to the outside peripheral surface of an coating rotary body 13 which contacts opposingly to its upper part and rotates by the frictional force against the outside peripheral surface of the supplying rotary body 17. Subsequently, the bracket 11 for coating is moved to upward once by the operation of an up-and- down motion cylinder 7, and thereafter, moved horizontally in the direction of a substrate 2 by the operation of a horizontal cylinder 5. Thereafter, when the rotary body 13 reaches the upper position of one end part of the substrate 2, the rotary body 13 is moved to downward by the operation of the cylinder 7, and the outside peripheral surface of the rotating body 13 contacts opposingly to the upper face of the substrate 2. By the operation of the horizontal cylinder 5, the rotary body 13 coats the flux 18 onto the substrate 2 and rolls. When the rotary body 13 coats completely the flux to the whole on the substrate 2, said action is repeated again. |
