Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To confirm assuredly incorrect data input by outputting guidance identifying the contents of input data by voice at the input of the data. CONSTITUTION:When 'entrance' information is inputted by a data input key 7 at the entrance of an operator, 'entrance' state is displayed on a display unit 9 by a control circuit 14. When the operator inserts a magnetic card 4 for personal identification into a magnetic card reader after confirming the 'entrance' state, the control circuit 14 stores data obtained by adding the state data of the data input key 7 and the time data of a clock circuit 8 to the data read out from the magnetic card in a temporary storage circuit 13. Then, the control circuit 14 identifies the time data and the state data out of the stored data and outputs guidance corresponding to a voice synthesizing circuit 11. Consequently, the operator can confirm whether the input data are correct or not.
