Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve the performance of a heat exchanger to be obtained without causing damage to a Cu tube by casting a Cu (alloy) the protected by a metal having a melting point higher than that of an Al alloy and hard to diffuse into the melt of he Al alloy into the molten Al alloy. CONSTITUTION:A molten metal having a melting point higher than that of the Al alloy, hard to diffuse into the molten Al alloy and having superior thermal conductivity is melted, which is sprayed onto the surface of the Cu (alloy) tube 2 to form a coating layer 1. Then the tube 2 protected by the above coating layer 1 is cast into the molten Al alloy, so that an Al alloy casting layer 3 is formed on the outside surface of the Cu (alloy) tube 2.
