TREATMENT OF EXHAUST STEAM FROM STARTING EJECTOR OF EVAPORATION DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent danger caused by leakage of steam and boiling of water and to shorten rising time in a process for holding the inside of an evaporation device at evacuated condition using a starting ejector, by guiding exhaust steam of the ejector to a stationarily operating condensing means. CONSTITUTION:A starting ejector 9 provided to the outside of a stationarily operating vacuum line is connected at the starting stage of an evaporation device 1 to the downstream side of a surface condenser 2, and the inside of the evaporation device 1 is evacuated by introducing driving steam into the ejector 9. The exhaust steam from the starting ejector 9 is passed through a gas cooler 3, and sucked by a fan 8 through a bypath 10. Then, the line is exchanged to a stationary operation line when the pressure in the evaporation device 1 reaches a specified value.
