Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:The titled composition, obtained by incorporating a mixed aqueous solution of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and methyl cellulose with a polyhydric alcohol, etc., and drying the resultant mixture in the form of a film and having improved flexibility and hot water dispersibility. CONSTITUTION:A composition obtained by incorporating (A) 100pts.wt. total of mixed aqueous solution of (i) sodium carboxymethyl cellulose having average 0.6-2 hydroxyl groups substituted by carboxymethyl groups in three hydroxyl groups based on none anhydroglucose unit and (ii) methyl cellulose at 95:5-10:90 mixing weight ratio of the components (i) to (ii) in 2-10wt% concentration with (B) 0-60pts.wt. one or more polyhydric alcohols selected from glycerol, diglycerol and polyglycerol and/or 0-40pts.wt. acetylated fatty acid ester, forming the resultant mixture into a film form and drying the formed film.
