MANUFACTURE OF FINISHER FOR VEHICLE

PURPOSE:To obtain easily a finisher moldings having decoratively good appearance and retaining sufficient strength, by forming rear board portion ejecting hook portion into solid forms, and making a slider mold removable from the hook portion in accordance with the mold-releasing of cavity mold and core mold. CONSTITUTION:At a finisher for vehicle, a rear board portion ejecting each hook portions H is molded in solid form. A mold is fixed to a cavity mold 1, and provided with obliquely ejected slide bar 13, and inserted and penetrated into the inside of a core mold 2 through a slide mold 21. When each molds 1, 2 are opened after the injection molding of melted resin, the slide bar 13 transfer the slide mold 21 to upward direction running parallel with cavity space 12. Between the cavity space 12 and the protrusion portion 22 of the slide mold 21, the hook portion H in L-form and rear solid board portion (b) are molded, therefore the protrusion portion 22 which is put and positioned in its interior can be drawn out by the upwardly retreating movement of the slide mold 21.
