Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce the wear of the hole of a contact tip and to prolong the life by controlling the sticking deposition of a spatter by fitting a ceramics body to the tip part of the contact tip and nozzle respectively in the torch for gas shield arc welding. CONSTITUTION:A ceramics body 11 is joined to the tip 10 of a contact tip 1 and ceramics body 16 is fitted to the tip part of a nozzle 2. The ceramics body 11 is of cylindrical shape and has the hole 12 having the same diameter approximately with that of the hole 6 of the contact tip 1 on its center. The joining by the adhesive material for high temp. of the heat resistant temp. is preferrable for the joining of the ceramics body 11 and contact tip 1. The ceramics of silicon nitride group is used from the viewpoint of wear resistance and spatter sticking resistance of the ceramics body 11 and the ceramics body 16.
