Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce the production cost by forming a threat part with the rolling of a round steel bar, then by forming the plane part by cutting the side face of the thread part with a press. CONSTITUTION:A bolt 3 is formed by pressing a steel round bar with the die for rolling and by turning it as well. The bolt 3 is the fixed between the lower blade 7 and the pressing base 5 working the thread having the same pitch as that of the bolt 3. In succession the bolt 3is sheared between the lower blade 7 and pressing base 5 by ascending the lower blade 7 via the press. In this case the lower blade 7 is arranged so as to bite into the bolt 3 in point contact. At the beginning of the cutting no compression force is applied on the bolt 3 for generation of burrs caused with the crush of the thread. In this way, the deburring stage is eliminated, the work is quickened and the production cost is reduced.
