Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To facilitate maintenance by providing a frame with projection parts for attachment to and detachment from a display device. CONSTITUTION:Four grooves 1A are arranged in a frame 1 made of synthetic resin. Then, printed boards 3 where light receiving elements 2 are arranged and printed boards where light emitting elements are arranged are arranged in the grooves 1A. Further, a panel 6 is fitted to the frame 1 with screws 7 from above the printed boards 3 and 5. Further, angle steel members 10 arranged on the side of the display device A are fitted to the frame 1 by using the four projection parts 9. The frame 1 is fitted to the display device A by engaging the projection parts 9 with the angle steel members 10.
