Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enhance the temperature detecting accuracy by comparing the output of a thermistor with both reference voltages at high temperatures and low temperatures so as to control the ON-OFF of a motor and a heater. CONSTITUTION:The output of a reference voltage generating means 2 for high temperature use together with the output from a thermistor 1 provided on a pump casing are input in a comparison circuit 3, and when the output from the thermistor 1 is greater than the reference voltage, a motor pump 5 is stopped. likewise, when the output from the thermistor 1 is less than the output from the reference voltage generating means 6 for low temperature use, a heater 9 for heating pump is heated. Thus, the overheat prevention and freezing damage prevention of a pump can be simultaneously carried out by means of one sensor, and further the temperature detecting accuracy can be remarkably enhanced as compared with a thermostat.
