Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To reduce the cost as well as the man-hours of the manufacture of the title collector by a method wherein, a refrigerant circulating pipe is provided with U-shape and is penetrated through fins while several pieces of reinforcing metal fittings are penetrated between the pipes. CONSTITUTION:The title solar heat collector is constituted of reinforcing metal fittings 23, 24, provided at the ends of a plurality of fins 20, several pieces of reinforcing metal fittings 22, arranged at the intermediate position thereof, and a plurality of U-shape refrigerant circulating pipes 21, which penetrate through the fins 20 and the reinforcing metal fittings 22, 23, 24 from the outside of the end reinforcing metal fitting 23. The refrigerant circulating pipe 21 is provided with the U-shape, therefore, one time of penetration brings the same result as the penetration of two pieces of conventional pipes, the penetrating man-hours of the refrigerant circulating pipe 12 may be reduced to one half of the same so fat and the man-hours may be reduced markedly. The refrigerant circulating pipe 21 is expanded in order to improve close contact between the fins 20 and the pipes 21, however, the pipe is provided with U- shape, therefore, one time of expanding work is sufficient enough to expand two pieces of the pipes which has been necessary for only one pipe in every expanding work so far and, as a result, man-hours required in expanding work may be reduced markedly.
