CONSTITUTION:When an earthquake occurs and the information is announced in a specific frequency wave from a broadcasting station, a receiver 2 in a car receives it and generates a received signal. Then a car microcomputer 4 decides whether the car speed S is zero or not on computing the car speed pulse from a car speed sensor 3, and if S=0, the first audio instruction is generated to make an audio composer 5 anounce 'Earthquake, lookout'. And if Snot equal to 0 and the microcomputer 4 decides that the car speed S exceeds a specific speed alpha, the audio composer 5 anounces 'Earthquake, stop the car', while the S does not exceed the alpha, it anounces 'Earthquake, slow down'.
