DUST COLLECTOR FOR SLAG TREATMENT FIELD

PURPOSE:To improve the dust collecting efficiency and the working environment by arranging building, accomodating ladle and also slag pan and having opening/ closing doors at upper and lower parts, and collecting powdery dusts in the inner part of building by dust collecting duct. CONSTITUTION:The building 11, which is possible to carry in/out the ladle 1 and accomodate the slag pan 3 in a pit 12, is arranged and at the upper part thereof, ladle inlet/outlet 14 fitted a sliding type door 13 is formed. In the building 11, the dust collecting ducts 17, 18 are arranged and connected to the suction d1vice and open/close door 15 is arranged at the pit 12. After accomodating the slag pan 3 in the pit 12, the ladle 1 is carried in from inlet 14, and the remained slag and steel are discharged into the slag pan 3 as tilting. All powdery dusts are exhausted through ducts 17, 18 and the opening/closing doors 13, 15 prevents leakage of dusts from the building 11. Therefore, efficiency of the dust collecting and the working environment are improved.
