Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To perform sure and stable bonding, by a method wherein a flat flexible member is bonded under heating to the recessed or projected surface of a member to be bonded through a bonding member provided with thermo- bonding property, thereafter, is cured by heat under a temperature which weakens the restoring force of the member to be bonded. CONSTITUTION:A thermo-bonding film is heated to the temperature of about 50 deg.C and is adhered by pressure to the rear surface of a flat FPC 2 at first. Thereafter, the FPC 2, bonded with the thermo-bonding film, is extended on the main body of a blade, heated to 80-100 deg.C. Subsequently, the thermo-bonding film is put in the circumstance of 100-130 deg.C or on a hot plate or the like to cure by heating, promote the curing of the thermo-bonding film and weaken the restoring force due to the deformation stress of the FPC 2, which is generated since it is bonded to a part with a rhombic shape. When the time of the thermal curing is too short an effect to weaken the restoring force is low and the curing of the thermo-bonding film is insufficient. On the contrary, when the film is heated too much long period of time, a bonding force is deteriorated contrarily and the heating period of time in the degree of 10-30 min is adequate.
