Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of finishing by preparing element coils, in which slender insulating conductos are double-layer wound, at the rate of one per one phase, spirally winding beltlike coils, which are superposed so that long sides are brought into contact, on a gage and pulling out the gage. CONSTITUTION:Element coils 4 in which slender insulating conductors are double-layer wound to a rectangular cross section on a spool at a large number of times are manufactured at the rate of one per one phase. The coils 4 are removed from the spool, and the shapes of the coils are kept by an adhesive tape, etc. The coils 4 are aligned so that long sides are brought into contact mutually, integrally molded flatly, and fixed by the adhesive tape 7, thus shaping a slender boat-shaped band coil 6. The band coil 6 is wound spirally on a gage 8 at an inclineation alpha. The inclination alpha is determined from tan alpha=L/piD/P. P represents the number of poles and 4 in the figure. Accordingly, an armature winding, which is not affected by the dispersion of a wire diameter, abounds in flexibility and can output a high output, is acquired. The armature winding is suitable for small-sized motors for FA, OA and airplanes. |
