CONSTITUTION:The updated screen retrieved from an updated picture database l according to the request from the uer's terminal and a fixed screen retrieved from a fixed picture database 2 regardless of the request from the user's terminal are multiplexed and transmitted periodically. Among the updated and fixed screens, the user's terminal side stores the screens with high using frequency on the terminal side, and calls and uses the stored screens if necessary. Thus the burden imposed on a center CPU is lightened, and the inexpensive data transmission method of request response type can be obtained.
