AUTOMATIC LABYRINTH FIN IMPLANTING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To provide continuous and uniform driving of embedded metals by furnishing a rotation motive to rotate a rotary shaft at a specified speed on a support table supporting rotatably the rotary shaft of a rotor of a centrifugal compressing machine. CONSTITUTION:A support table 6 supports rotatably the rotary shaft 1 of a centrifugal compressing machine. That is, a spindle table 9 having a chuck 8 is fixed to one end of the bed of a lathe, and a tail stock 11 having a center push shaft 10 is installed at the other end in such a way as capable of reciprocating on a guide rail 12 on the bed 7 while facing the chuck 8. A motor 16 to rotate this chuck 8 is installed on a spindle table 9, and thereon is also installed a rotation sensor 17 to sense revolutions of the chuck 8. A working table 22 is equipped with an automatic driving machine 28 to drive needle-shaped embedded metals 5 into a ring-shaped implanting groove 4 formed in the above- mentioned rotary shaft 1 or the like, in the condition that the base 3a of a labyrinth fin 3 is fitted in said groove 4.
