Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To prevent heat fusing from occurring at the time of printing, by causing the surface of an image-receiving layer to have a peel force, in terms of the value of a force for peeling a standard adhesive tape adhered to the surface of the layer, of not more than a specified value. CONSTITUTION:A material constituting an image-receiving layer provided on a base sheet is so selected as to accept a sublimable disperse dye transferred from a thermal transfer sheet, maintain an image formed by acceptance of the dye and cause the surface of the image-receiving alyer to have a peel force of not more than 1200 g/25mm. The image-receiving layer can be obtained by using a synthetic resin, a releasing agent and a pigment or the like. The synthetic resin may be a polyester resin, polyacrylate resin, polycarbonate resin, polyurethane resin, polyamide resin, urea resin, polycarprolactone resin, polystyrene resin or the like. The releasing agent may be a polyethylene wax, amide wax, polytetrafluoroethylene powder or the like. The pigment may be titanium oxide, zinc oxide, kaolin, clay, calcium carbonate, particulate silica or the like. |
