Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enable the displaying of a histogram or a correlation diaphragm while preventing errors due to accumulation, by using as memory address a count value of a cyclic counter which automatically restarts the counting from the initial value when a specified count value is reached. CONSTITUTION:A fine particle suspension is wrapped with a sheathing liquid, fine particles in a trickle 17 running in a laminar flow are irradiated with a light beam 15 and optical pulse signals from fine particles are received with a measuring section 16. The optical pulse signals received are converted into electrical pulse signals with an optoelectric converter 18 and an analog computed value is converted into a digital value with a signal processing section 19 and provided to a computer section 20 to be calculated and displayed as a histogram or a correlation diaphragm. A memory of the computer section 20 takes a count value of a cyclic counter which automatically restarts the counting from the initial value when a specified count value is reaches as memory address to rearrange the memory address in the order of count value inputs of the cyclic counter while the digital values from the fine particles are memorized at respective specified memory address. |
