COATING DEVICE FOR HIGH-VISCOSITY MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To uniformly coat a high-viscosity material to the toric point to be coated of a material to be coated by providing a nozzle turning cooperatively with a revolving shaft provided to a coating head and operating an opening/ closing mechanism of a flow passage in association with the rotating speed of the revolving shaft. CONSTITUTION:The coating head 7 is provided to face the material 33 to be coated and the revolving shaft 8 which is rotated by a driving mechanism 10 is disposed to the coating head 7. The nozzle 9 coats the high-viscosity material to the point to be coated of the material to be coated by swiveling linked with the shaft 8. The flow passage communicating at one end with a high-viscosity supplying source and at the other end with the nozzle is provided to the coating head. The opening/closing mechanism is provided to the flow passage thereof. The above-mentioned opening/closing mechanism is opened and closed in association with the rotating speed of the shaft 8 in the control means to control the coating timing by the time determined according to the coating conditions for the point to be coated. As a result, the high-viscosity material is uniformly coated to the point to be coated of the material to be coated having the point to be coated existing in a toric shape with desired space.
