METHOD FOR TAKING OUT SPECIFIC COMPONENT IN HIGH-PRESSURE CRYSTALLIZATION

PURPOSE:To take out a specific component while preventing the adverse influence by the farmful vapor generated by the deterioration of the properties, etc., of the specific component by isolating the atmosphere in an open part and the atmosphere of an ejection line for a solidified component from the surrounding and using a gaseous substance inert to a solidified component to constitute the inside of the isolated space. CONSTITUTION:The open part 12, the ejection line 10 for the specified component crystal C and a remelting part 11 are all enclosed with hermetic cover 13 or 14 and the inside atmosphere is constituted of the gaseous substance inert to the specific component crystal C or vacuum atmosphere, by which the exposure thereof to the atm. air is prevented at the time of taking out the solid specified component crystal after the filtration and compression to the atm. pressure from the high-pressure vessel. As a result, the specific component crystal obtd. by the high-pressure crystallization then filtration and compression is safely taken out of a high-pressure vessel without generating the adverse influence, etc., by deliquescence, the deterioration of properties by oxidation or the generation of a harmful gas and therefore, the specific component crystal or the melt thereof having good quality is obtd.
