Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To always obtain a stable dew point by automatically adjusting regeneration quantity even if there is the variation in line pressure, by providing an orifice adjusting valve capable of an adjusting the regeneration flow amount of a drying agent even if line pressure varies, to an air circuit. CONSTITUTION:An orifice adjusting valve 10 is provided in a circuit connecting not only check valves 6a, 6b but also check valves 6c, 6d. At first, line pressure is read by a pressure gauge and the adjust screw of the adjusting valve 10 is adjusted so as to set regeneration amount in order to obtain a necessary dew point. In this state, wet air is sent to an inlet 8 to be sent to one drying agent cylinder 2a through an air circuit 3 and a dehumidification cycle is performed in the cylinder 2a while a regeneration cycle is performed in the other drying agent cylinder 2b and a part of air dried in the cylinder 2a is made to flow in the cylinder 2b through the adjusting valve 10 and the check valve 6d to regenerate a drying agent. When line pressure becomes high, the opening degree of the valve port of the adjusting valve 10 becomes narrow to reduce regeneration amount and, when line pressure becomes low, the opening degree of the valve port becomes large to increase the regeneration amount. |
