ENERGIZING METHOD FOR WELDING ROLLER OF HIGH-FREQUENCY SEWING MACHINE, IN WELDING AND JOINING EQUIPMENT FOR VINYL FILM AND THE LIKE

PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency by making welding and joining of a vinyl film reliable and smooth, by minus or plus potential of a high-frequency oscillator always stably to the outside circumference of a pressurizing roller or a high-frequency sewing machine through a brush and conductor. CONSTITUTION:Minus or plus potential is applied to the outside of a high-frequency sewing machine roller born by an appropriate driving shaft mounted on a part of high-frequency sewing machine for welding of a vinyl film and rotated by penetrating through the roller and an appropriate position of the outside circumference of a pressurizing roller confronting with the outside circumference of the high-frequency sewing machine through a brush which is in appropriate structure. When the potential is applied directly or indirectly to the pressurizing roller through the brush, the potential between an electrode roller and the pressurizing roller is held at a stable and about constant value and a degree of weld of the film is stabilized.
