CONSTITUTION:Preferably 60-80pts.wt. ethanol is adsorbed on 100pts.wt. adsorbent such as paper, cotton, cellulose powder, silicon oxide, etc. The aimed preparation comprising both the ethanol adsorbed on the adsorbent and a solid amino group-containing substance (preferably high polymer amine such as weakly basic anion exchange resin, etc., preferably having 6,000-10,000 average molecular weight and 100-250 meshes particle size).
