HANK TYING METHOD FOR HANK MACHINE

PURPOSE:To easily tie hank without using tying thread by controlling the movements of and the suck by a lower thread pipe and a thread delivering pipe and drawing around the lower thread, while sucking, so that is may go round a hank thread bundle and then tying it to the upper thread. CONSTITUTION:An upper end thread 11 and a lower end thread L are drawn out from a hank thread bundle P. The lower end thread L is hooked by the tip 20 of a lower thread pipe 2 and made to go round the hank thread bundle P so that it may do up the hank thread bundle P and the upper end thread U. Next the lower end thread L is delivered to a sucking port 30 of the tip of a thread delivering pipe 3 and the thread delivering pipe is made to cross below the hank thread bundle P and then pulled up. Hereby, a tying thread and a tying thread supplying device are made needless and hank tying is made easy and its automatization can be realized.
