Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To eliminate the erroneous operation of a power converter even if the powers of signal generating means and signal amplifying means are simultaneously raised by using the power from a power source for the signal generating means for an OFF signal applied from the signal amplifying means to the power converter. CONSTITUTION:A signal generator 10 and a signal amplifier 20 are provided to operate ON, OFF the thyristors of a power converter 30. Since the generator 10 and the amplifier 20 simultaneously start operating, only the OFF operation signal to the converter 30 from an amplifier 21 is supplied for its operation power from a power source 13 for the signal generator so as to prevent an erroneous pulse signal from being transmitted to the converter 30 to erroneously operate it.
