Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve the assembling performance and the sealing performance by inserting a magnet member as a magnetized deformable magnet member into a groove of one member and providing a secondary sealing member between said groove and the magnet member. CONSTITUTION:A groove 3 is made in one member 1 and a magnet member 4 is inserted therein. In the magnet member 4, an iron is burried a deformable member such as plastic, rubber, etc. then magnetized to N and S poles so as to pass the magnetic flux. Magnetic fluid 5 is provided between said magnet member 4 and another member 2 then sealed. The gap between the magnet member 4 and the groove 3 fixed with the magnet member 4 is sealed hermetically with a secondary sealing member 7. Since the magnet member 4 is freely deformable, said secondary sealing member 7 can be sealed completely through various methods. Consequently, the assembling performance is improved and the sealing performance is also improved.
