Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To freely change the gradation expression by providing a gradation correcting means like a correction data table to correct the fluctuation of resistance value among heating elements. CONSTITUTION:The gradation at every picture element of picture information supplied for this thermosensitve recorder is corrected by a correction data table 5 arranged in the preceding stage of a pulse width modulating circuit 4. The correction data table 5 consists of a ROM and outputs a gradation corrected picture signal 8 in accordance with address information where upper address information 6 and lower address information 7 are combined. Upper address information 6 is data outputted from a fluctuation table 11, and the gradation is corrected in consideration of resistance values of individual heating elements. Thus, the gradation expression is freely changed.
