MULTIWINDOW DISPLAY SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To make processing of data before conversion possible by holding data before converting data attribute and automating reference to data before conversion when request for processing to data after conversion. CONSTITUTION:Picture coordinates are inputted and an object of processing is specified. Then, consistency of data attribute of an object and the command is checked. When the command and data attribute are dissident, processing can not be executed as they are. In such a case, a pointer is held so as to read data before conversion based on data before conversion on the basis of data converted to an image holding original character codes and vector data even when developing character codes and vector data to picture image data, and data before conversion are read out. Based on the data, a window different from data after conversion is made and displayed on the picture. Required command is executed on the new window thus displayed.
