Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To increase driving and braking performance on an icebound road surface without damaging said road surface by installing electromagnetic force responsive magnetic material into the ground contact face part of a wheel rubber at a certain interval while providing an electromagnetic force responsive film on the surface part of a paved road. CONSTITUTION:Electromagnetic force responsive magnetic material 2 is installed at a certain interval into the ground contact face part of a wheel rubber 1. On the other hand, an electromagnetic force responsive magnetic film 3 is provided on the surface part 5 of a paved road. And, the action of magnetic force generated by a current fed into the magnetic material 2, the operation and adjustment of the magnetic force, and a motor driven wiring mechanism 4 of the magnetic material 2 and the magnetic film 3 is controlled by a vehicle operation control part. Thereby, the frictional force resistance between the surface part if the wheel rubber 1 and the paved-road surface part 5 can be controlled, thereby, adjusting the driving and braking functions. Accordingly, the secure operation of a vehicle, particularly on an icebound road surface can be carried out without damaging the road surface.
