Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:The titled composition having improved adhesiveness to polyolefinic resins, metals, etc., softening temperature, pencil hardness, etc., of coating film, obtained by reacting a specific vinyl compound modified polyolefin with an isocyanate compound (mixture thereof). CONSTITUTION:(A) A vinyl compound modified polyolefin formed by reacting (ii) a vinyl unsaturated compound (mixture) in a solid content weight ratio of component i/ii of 99.0/0.1-0.1/99.9 in the presence of (i) a chlorinated polyolefin having
