Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To optimize a timing for casting without being affected by environment in centrifugal casting of double layers by displaying the temp. of the molten metal previously cast into a rotary casting mold by non-contact continuous temp. measurement, displaying the same when said temp. coincides with a set temp. and casting the subsequent molten metal. CONSTITUTION:The molten metal 3 is poured into the rotary casting mold 1 and the temp. of the molten metal cast therein is detected with a previous temp. measuring sensor 5 through the rotating space of the casting mold. After the temp. is amplified with an amplifying converter 6, the temp. is compared with the casting temp. of a setter 8 by a controller 7 and the measured temp. is displayed 9. A lamp 10 is lighted up or an alarm is emitted when the set temp. is attained to announce the point of the time for the subsequent casting of the molten metal. The temp. is measured without being affected by the smoke, dust, etc. during casting, by which the timing for the subsequent casting is made exact.
