Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To attach and detach by one touch by so constituting that the clamping part of a seesaw member is clamped by clamp receiving part of a fitted object to become fitted state only by holding a cylindrical body against the fitted object. CONSTITUTION:In the stage of assembling, the outer cylinder of a hood 12 becomes shifting position, and the tip of shaft stopping pieces 12e, 12f move to a position just before the concave part 11c of the main cylinder of the hood, and the concave part 11c is opened. Under this condition, a supporting shaft 13d is fitted to the concave part 11c inserting a coil spring 19 between the spring receiving hole 13c of an operating member 13 and the spring receiving hole 11d of the hood main cylinder 11. When the outer cylinder of the hood 12 is moved further, a claw part 12g gets over an angular convex part 11e, and fitting concave part 12b is fitted to the angular convex part 11e. Accordingly, receding of the outer cylinder of the hood 12 is prevented and the hood outer cylinder 12 is positioned.
