Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To easily obtain a wound core by oxidizing the surface of a tape by blowing high-temp. steam, etc., against a tape-shaped magnetic-core material in the course of conveyance so as to carry out rapid insulation treatment. CONSTITUTION:The tape-shape magnetic-core material is conveyed. In the course of the above conveyance, high-temp. steam or oxygen, etc., is blown against the surface of this tape-shaped magnetic-core material to oxidize the surface, and further, the insulation treatment of the magnetic-core material is rapidly carried out. Then this insulation-treated tape-shaped magnetic-core material is wound up into required shape, so that magnetic core can be manufactured.
