MAKE-UP COSMETIC

PURPOSE:To obtain a make-up cosmetic having excellent spreadability on the skin to give moist feeling and durable make-up, by compounding a specific amount of a silicone-treated powder and a specific amount of a mixed oil containing a specific amount of a silicone oil to a cosmetic base. CONSTITUTION:A make-up cosmetic, especially a powdery base composed mainly of powder and an oil is compression-molded in an inner dish to obtain a solid powdery cosmetic. As an alternative, an oily cosmetic powder is produced by melting a cosmetic base containing somewhat larger amount of oil component than the above solid cosmetic, pouring the molten base in an inner dish and cooling the product. The objective cosmetic having the above-mentioned effects can be prepared by compounding the above solid cosmetic powder or oily cosmetic powder with (A) one or more kinds of silicone-treated powder and (B) a mixed oil containing a silicon oil accounting for 50-100wt%, preferably >=70wt% of the whole oil component. The amount of the component A is 30-99wt%, preferably 50-92wt% and that of the component B is 1-70wt%.
