Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To completely seal a cooling medium injection inlet and an air outlet by sticking syringe needles into sealing materials filled in the injection inlet and air outlet, conducting injection and exhaust, and pulling out the needles immediately after the completion of the injection, while the sealing materials sustain viscosity. CONSTITUTION:On injecting cooling medium 7 into a liquid cooling part 8, first of all, an injection inlet 9 and air outlet 10 are filled respectively with sealing materials 11 and 12. Next, the sealing materials 11, 12 respectively for the injection inlet 9 and air outlet 10 are sticked and penetrated by syringe needles 13, 14 respectively, while the sealing materials 11, 12 sustain viscosity. And the syringe 15 is jointed with the syringe needle 13 at the injection inlet 9 side and the cooling medium 7 within the container 16 of the syringe 15 is injected into within the liquid cooling part 8 through the syringe needle 13 by pushing a syringe cylinder 17 into the container 16. Thus, the cooling medium 7 is injected and after the completion of the injection, the syringe needles 13, 14 are pull out at once. By doing the above mentioned operation while the sealing materials sustain viscosity, the injection inlet 9 and air outlet 10 can be easily and completely sealed.
