CUSTOMER OPERATING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To permit an operator to perform a complicated input operation,by supplying a braille film corresponding to a transaction picture plane on the touch plane of an input means on a display means, when an operating customer is a visually handicapped person. CONSTITUTION:A customer operating device is constituted of a customer operating part 1, and a control part 2. The customer operating part 1 is equipped with a touch sensor 3, and a CRT display 4 which displays the position of an inputted key on a screen, and the control part 2 is constituted of a touch sensor control part 11, and a main control part 15, etc., and an input operation is performed at the part. At such a time, on the customer operating part 1, a braille sheet supplying mechanism 5 which supplies a braille sheet 6 by a winding and selecting system to the touch sensor 3, a key 7 for the visually handicapped person, a braille plate 8, and a voice generating device 9 vocalizing from a speaker 10, are provided, and on the control part 2, control parts 13-14 corresponding to the above are provided. In this way, when the key 7 for the visually handicapped person is depressed, the braille sheet 6 is supplied on the touch sensor 3, and simultaneously an operation guide is vocalized by the speaker 10.
