Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To perform a precise welding for the body in a complicated welding shape by controlling the deflection angle of an electron beam according to a joining part position information by performing the scanning of the position detection of a welding junction part. CONSTITUTION:An electron beam is projecting with moving at low speed the X-Y table 3 placing the body 102 to be welded on and the reflection thereof is detected by a loop sensor 10. This detection output is inputted to a sensor input part 5 as the position data, fed to a data processing part 6 with the pre- treatment, converted in the prescribed joining part positional information and stored in order by inputting to a recording and reproducing part 8. The welding is then performed with moving the X-Y table 3 in the same pattern as said movement with the X-Y table 3 being returned to the original position. In this case, the welding zone positional information stored in the recording and reproducing part 8 is reproduced in order and inputted to a deflection coil 9 via a control output converting part 7. The deflection angle of the electron beam 101 is controlled corresponding to the joining position of the body 102 to be welded and the welding is precisely performed. |
