Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To easily form a uniform lining coated film by connecting a resin injection part to the opening end of an existing pipeline, and providing an injection cylinder for mixing an air flow from a blower and an air flow from a high-pressure air nozzle on the inside. CONSTITUTION:The existing pipeline 1 is partitioned into unit repairing sections of a length appropriate for repairing in the device for forming a lining coated film while the existing pipeline is buried. The one separated opening end is exposed to vertical holes A and B, the resin injection part 3 is connected to the opening end through a resin injection guide pipe 2, and a resin recovery vessel is connected to the other prepared opening end through a resin discharge guide pipe 4. A large-bore outer cylindrical part 3a and a small-bore guide part 3b are connected through a conical part 3c in the resin injection part 3, and the injection cylinder 7 for joining the air flow from the blower 6 and a spiral flow from the nozzle 9 of a high-pressure hose 8 and for injecting the spiral flow is provided on the inside. A uniform lining is formed in this way.
