Zusammenfassung:NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I (R and R' are H, nitro, halogen, 1-5C alkyl, alkoxy or phenyl; m is 1 or 2; n is 1-4) and salt thereof. EXAMPLE:9,10-Bis(4-amino-3-methylphenyl)anthracene. USE:An intermediate for dyes and pigments and a raw material monomer for novel partial ladder type highly functional resins. The compound is a novel type aromatic cross symmetrical diamine. PREPARATION:An anthraquinone derivative expressed by formula II is reacted with an aniline derivative expressed by formula III in the presence of an acid catalyst to afford the aimed 9,10-bis(4-aminophenyl)anthracene and a derivative thereof expressed by formula I.
