GENERATOR EXCITING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To improve the reliability by tripling together with firing phase regulators, and selecting 2 out of 3 outputs from the respective regulators. CONSTITUTION:Voltage controllers 11-13 and firing phase regulators 21-23 are associated to be tripled, and the outputs of channels are led to a pulse selector 3. The selector 3 is composed of AND gates 31-33 and OR gates 34, the outputs of channels 1, 2 are led to the gate 31, the outputs of channel 2, 3 are led to the gate 32, the outputs of channels 1, 3 are led to the gate 33, the logic sum of the outputs of the gates is taken to select so-called 2 out of 3 outputs. Thus, the reliability is improved with a simple construction.
