Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain an oxygen sensor not generating the delay in a response time and the lowering in detection efficiency even if used for a long period of time, by using glucokinase as enzyme. CONSTITUTION:Bacillus stearothermophiles is used as glucokinase and immobilized on a membrane like water insoluble carrier by a known covalent bond method to directly cover the responsive surface of an electrode in a thickness of about 10-50mu. In measuring glucose, a sensor obtained by covering the responsive surface of a transducer with immobilized glucokinase is immersed in a buffer solution having a Mg-containing salt and adenosine-5'-triphosphate (ATP) and H generated by the addition of a glucose solution being a specimen or the change in the quantity of heat is measured. In measuring ATP, only ATP in a measuring solution may be replaced with glucose and measuring temp. is set to 15-55 deg.C. The precise measurement of glucose or ATP in the specimen can be performed by this enzyme sensor and not only the response time of the enzyme sensor is not almost changed but also the lowering in the detection efficiency thereof is minute even in long-term use. |
