Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable stable production of a whipped product having high quality, by dividing a rotary stirrer in a rotary whipper in plural parts along the axial direction and rotating the outlet-side stirrer at a lower rate of revolution than the inlet-side stirrer. CONSTITUTION:A rotary whipper contains a rotary stirrer 2 divided along its axial direction into plural parts (two in the case of the illustrated example). Each part is driven by separate rotary driving system 4-1, 4-2. The rotational speed of the outlet-side rotary stirrer 2-2 is made to be slower than that of the inlet-side rotary stirrer 2-1.
