CONTROL STRUCTURE FOR TIDAL WAVES

PURPOSE:To prevent the erosion of coastal line by varying the direction of waves toward the direct angle direction to the beach line by providing adjacently the front and rear rows of triangular flat plates along the beach line in the sea. CONSTITUTION:The front and rear rows of triangular flat plates 4 and 5 supported by many support piles 3 are set along the beach line under the sea surface 2A. For the front row 4 of triangular flat plate, the bottom side 6a of the flat plate 6 is turned in parallel with the beach line and the top 6b is turned toward the offshore and set along the beach line, and the plates 6 are provided in a plural stages with a spacing between the upper and lower stages. For the rear row 5, the bottom side 7a of the triangular flat plate 7 is turned in parallel with the beach line and the top 7b is turned toward the bank and along the beach line, and the plates 7 are set in a staggering high stage form with a spacing between the upper and lower stages in the face of the front row.
