Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To prevent the stripping and deformation of a formed transferred layer by continuously heating a thermally sprayed film formed on a matrix with a heating source during the formation so as to reduce the temp. difference between the front and rear sides of the thermally sprayed film. CONSTITUTION:A matrix of gypsum or the like is preheated as required. An Ni-Cr alloy or the like is thermally sprayed on the surface of the matrix to form a transferred layer. During the thermal spraying, the surface of the matrix and the thermally sprayed film are continuously heated with a heating source other than the flame for thermal spraying, e.g., a gas burner. After the thermal spraying is finished, the matrix is slowly cooled and removed. By this method, a transferred layer causing no stripping during thermal spraying and producing little strain after cooling is obtd. and a transferred layer having superior mechanical characteristics can be formed with a high hardness material having a high m.p. |
