MOISTURE METER WITH CORRECTING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To easily input a precise correcting value manually by computing a voltage set in a variable resistance device during the operation of a manual correcting device as a set correcting value and displaying the obtained computed correcting value on a display device. CONSTITUTION:When a push button 16 for displaying a correction setting is depressed, a voltage value corresponding to resistant set by a variable resistor by dial adjustment is AD-converted by an AD converter 26 and then fetched to a microcomputer 27. The microcomputer 27 is stored previously with specific transformed value data and the input data is transformed by the computer 27 into a specific transformed value, e.g. specific gravity value, which is displayed on a display 14. Then an operator adjusts a specific gravity setting dial 12 wile monitoring the display 14, and thus makes an accurate correction setting. The display value on the display 14 is limited down to the 2nd decimal place and then the specific gravity correction set value is set with the accuracy of down to the 2nd decimal place.
