Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the titled 5'-ribonucleotide highly resistant to dissolution, by coating a 5'-ribonucleotide with a molten mixture produced by adding lecithin to a solid oil or fat or to a mixture of the oil, etc., and an edible wax. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. of a solid oil or fat having a melting point of 40-70 deg.C (e.g. extremely hardened beef tallow) is optionally added with 5-20pts. of an edible wax (e.g. rice wax) and the obtained mixture is added with 0.1-5wt% lecithin and melted under heating to obtain a molten mixture. The molten mixture is mixed with 5'-ribonucleotide and solidified by cooling.
